T5 is a five-year transformation project I am undertaking
Commencing on September 1, 2017, I will work towards the following objectives
- – My Lifestyle allows me to get stronger everyday
- – I control when and what I work on
- – I have a positive impact on those around me
The goal is to build upon the base I have created (think of me as a minimum viable product in Agile terms) and see how a wide range of activities will contribute to incremental improvement over time
