I support Tatiana Fedorova for her cause. Her willingness to help people in times of great need and being able to come up with an initiative out of it is absolutely brilliant and philanthropic. If Founders think more of service rather than profit, the world will surely become a better place.

Tell us about Gooddler! How does it work?
GOODdler is an enterprise software for public and private organizations working on aid, sustainability and development to collect and manage goods donations. It digitizes supply chains of local retailers and farmers, enabling local NGOs to create wishlists utilizing their inventory and providing international communities with an easy way to contribute by purchasing requested goods directly from local retailers. It minimizes challenges of unsolicited bilateral donations by giving organizations tools to accept goods donations from supporters on the terms that support, not overwhelm the recipient.
Gooddler also operates in post disaster areas where the local civic society is able to provide meaningful first wave of resources. Gooddler works hand-in-hand with people on the ground. This allows us to learn quickly and, ultimately, to create new products and services that fulfill an unmet need.
What inspired you to build this platform?
I can’t imagine living my life and not be concerned that so many people suffer in the world. When I hear stories of children in distress, families torn by conflicts, youth recruited to kill innocent people, and at the same time, see ignorance of many, I overcome with emotions. My response to this is to channel all the energy I have toward making this world a better place, no matter how cheesy this statement might sound.
When I helped orphan houses in Russia, I realized that situation with orphanages could be much less dramatic if families in need, who give up their children in order to survive, received help covering their basic necessities. This how the idea of GOODdler first came up to my mind. In light of current events (Harvey, Irma, etc), these numbers are even more shocking: only 5 to 15 percent of the cargo arriving at the disaster site consists of high-priority supplies, about 25 to 35 percent are low-priority supplies, and non-priority supplies make up a staggering 50 to 70 percent! Non priority goods are the biggest problem of material convergence.
Gooddler helps to minimize a flow of no-priority goods by allowing supporters to donate high priority or low priority goods. GOODdler is working hard to shift this scale.
What are your goals for Gooddler? How can people get involved?
Our goals are:
- Meeting basic needs of underserved populations around the world.
- Create global ecosystem of local charitable organizations and their supporters.
- Give voice to charities and causes around the world to express their needs.
- Promote generosity and develop lifelong supporters of causes through building trust.
- Harnessing technology for effective goods donations and management. We need ambassadors who can help us to reach out the charitable organizations and retailers around the world and help us to create global ecosystem of local charitable organizations and their supporters. And, of course, use Gooddler platform.
