Why did you start your initiative?
To teach awareness about the human potential and raise the energetics
As a coach, what motivates you?
I am motivated by other people’s desires to BE their best selves and the process that is involved in achieving the results they desire. For example, building a successful strategy/system that they achieve step by step and complete with fantastic results. Seeing them feel like a winner at the end of the day!
Are there any ethical concerns that your type of business must deal with? How do you overcome these ethical problems?
Confidentiality. It has not been an issue besides referrals :). They are not wanting to share me or share their edge.
How does being a Founder affect your personal life and space?
As a founder and decision maker for the company, it can be difficult to find balance between my time, family time, client time and working on the business time because there is only so much time in the day. Yet, I have and instill boundaries with my schedule. Meaning, I schedule everything and that looks like personal and family time. Adhering to this methodology allows me to see where there are gaps in my self care and or how/where I can fill them. Hence, I do not allow my work to affect my life nor does it dictate because I create a schedule that I adhere to and others respect that.
What personal habits have served you best in your years as a founder?
My best practices are: a consistent spiritual practice with meditation and prayer. A strong visualization process that I take myself through at least 4 times a week. This is where I affirm and decree what I desire to see as an outcome, and work on limitations that come up around those desires. This has afforded me a strong self awareness practice. As well as, the ability to know and work on my subconscious beliefs. It has also served as a tool for many others to remove those subconscious limitations and succeed in their wildest hopes and desires with the consistent feeling of peace and joy.
What advice would you have for anyone struggling with their professional/personal growth?
Professional and personal growth go hand in hand. One is a mirror of the other. And so if finances are a challenge and it seems difficult to get contracts/clients/money then look at your personal relationship with money. ( This is an in depth teaching but one that changed my life and finances).
The first place to be AWARE of is how you are being/feeling when you are: frustrated, angry, sad, concerned, conflicted, etc. Then, look at the flip side of when you stop being/feeling frustrated, angry, sad, concerned, conflicted, etc. and it will shift your emotional vibration. Once you are at a vibration of who you want to be, then you can achieve anything you desire through the awareness of what you are accepting – the being state of it and taking action by stopping that and choosing to be what you desire. Quantum physics would say raising your frequency to it, matching it and putting forth strong desire of the feeling of it in your life.
Everything is made up of energy, so think about what energy you hold around a certain issue and recognize you can shift that if you chose to. When we master our energy, we master our life (personally and professionally) which means we can have anything we choose because we are not held captive by the mind or beliefs about what we can have or do. Awareness, acceptance and action or moving THROUGH our limitations is how we grow. With that, we see struggle as an opportunity to BE better and achieve being our best selves whether it is financial, personal, professional, spiritual, or physical.
People accustomed to being high-achieving performers, whether on the court, field, or boardroom, often experience immense frustration when what has worked for them in the past isn’t working for them any longer. Goals seem to have moved out of reach…barriers resist breakthroughs. Yet your desire…drive…thirst…to excel will not stop. Amy will solve this problem.
If you’ve tasted success and want more, Amy D can remove the blockage keeping you from the success you want. Many high-achieving individuals find themselves stuck at a plateau after reaching a long-held goal. The adrenaline rush of reaching the goal is over, and now they find it’s difficult to sustain greater achievement even when all the right techniques and support are in place. Mindset is the issue, and that’s her specialty! The mental discipline and attitude required to get to the top is different from what’s required to stay at the top. Or even create a new top. Recognizing the difference and addressing it holds the key to uncovering the unseen and unspoken barriers in your way.
As an IPEC coach, bio-energetic specialist, yoga instructor, and behavioral modification practitioner, Amy has a full toolkit of resources available to support professional athletes, CEOs, and other high achievers to remove all limitations in the way of their success. You’ll move through a proven process to overcome whatever is holding you back, and you’ll have the tools and awareness necessary to ensure this blockage never rears its ugly head again. Equally important, you’ll be able to apply this new wisdom with other barriers as you grow personally and professionally.
